We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect / Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and modernize of our Loan Core Banking / Credit Processing Systems across the regions. The Business Architect / Business Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technology teams, to define and shape the strategic vision for our loan product and origination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the loan lifecycle, origination processes, regulatory requirements, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the loan core / origination lifecycle in the respective regions, including loan product lifecycle, application intake, underwriting, credit decisioning, documentation, post-approval processes, and local regulatory compliance and reporting.

  • Design and document end-to-end loan lifecycle business process models, system and business architecture diagrams, workflows, interfaces, data flows, and integration points with other systems.

  • Collaborate with business leaders and product managers:

  • To understand regional business requirements and translate them into user stories/functional specifications.

  • To define and prioritize system enhancements and new features.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the system implementation is aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Evaluate business processes, conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies, and provide compelling and innovative solutions.

  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Provide guidance and support to business analysts and development teams across different phases of implementation.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, latest technology, and best practices in modernizing systems and automating processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of relevant product domain and business process in either Consumer or Corporate Banking’s credit product and processing, such as credit card, secured/unsecured loan, and credit processing lifecycle.

  • Knowledge in other banking product domain would be added advantages.

  • Experience in Digital Banking & business process reengineering project will be added advantages.

  • Possess business analysis experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.

  • Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable communicating across business divisions and levels of seniority

  • Experience in agile/SCRUM deliver/SDLC, digital initiatives involving technologies such as microservices, API, cloud etc. will be added advantages.
