Project Role : Business Architect
Project Role Description : Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves exploring and identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization. This role requires assessing the existing business environment, gathering high-level requirements, and designing effective business solutions. The Business Architect works closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture principles.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster stakeholder engagement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Board International Software.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Capability to guide and influence teams during transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Board International Software.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
