As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and conceptualize effective business solutions. The Business Architect also focuses on structuring these solutions to align with strategic goals and develops compelling business cases that support the realization of the envisioned outcomes. Throughout the day, the role demands a balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and effective communication to drive initiatives forward.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex business concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate high-level customer requirements into structured business solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases that effectively justify proposed initiatives.
- Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
