As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and documenting high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to strategic discussions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
