As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect collaborates closely with teams to support transformation initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects. The position demands a proactive approach to bridging business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business models and frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that justify transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Familiarity with operating models and their application in business transformation projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
