In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The role also entails supporting organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring that solutions are effectively integrated into operational models. Collaboration across multiple teams and continuous engagement with business units are key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to support strategic initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
