As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are practical and beneficial for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
