Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administration and first-level support for logistics execution systems and applications

• Identify, analyze, and resolve application incidents and system issues

• Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates

• Manage user access and maintain related documentation and manuals
• Configure and support barcode-related devices

• Prepare reports and analytics based on business needs

• Gather business requirements, promote best practices, and support local solution development when needed

• Participate in business projects and system implementations

• Monitor project outcomes and business performance indicators to ensure expected benefits are achieved

• Support the deployment of standard business processes and applications across sites and shared services

• Train and support business users while ensuring alignment between global standards and local implementations

Requirements:

• Educational background in IT, business, logistics, or a related field

• Strong interest in business applications, IT support, and logistics processes

• Solid understanding of relational databases and database management systems

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset

• Experience with business ticketing systems is an advantage
