Job Description:: Fidelity Bank is seeking a Business Applications Engineer to play a critical role in the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of the Bank's new 360 View CRM platform. As the primary technical owner of the CRM, this individual will partner with business teams, IT, and vendors to enhance customer insights, improve operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and drive user adoption through system configuration, reporting, automation, integrations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise business applications or CRM platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Experience with SQL, reporting, data management, workflow automation, and business application support is preferred. Prior experience with 360 View CRM is highly desirable but not required. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape and advance a strategic enterprise platform that will support Fidelity Bank's customer relationship and growth initiatives for years to come.
