Business Applications Analyst/Programmer

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Provides end user support for company ERP system (currently Oracle 12.2.13)
• Develops and maintains web applications that interface with company ERP system.
• Develops and presents training materials for end users on ERP and custom applications.
• Engages with end users to identify improvement opportunities for company systems.
• Provides support to end users on company ERP system and integrated applications.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Advanced knowledge of ERP system and related business processes
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP R12.2 is preferred
  • Experience using Oracle APIs is preferred
  • Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment
• Experience with PHP, PL/SQL and JavaScript
• Expert level proficiency with SQL based queries, procedures, and reports.
• Ability to manage project and software development life cycle - including:
  • Requirements definition
  • Scope of work documents
  • Process mapping diagrams and documentation
  • Project monitor and timeline reporting
  • Application gap analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience providing end user support of software and hardware in an enterprise support environment.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE:

• 5 years programming experience required
• 5 years ERP support experience required
• Experience with Full Life Cycle Software Development
• Experience with integration of ERP with third party applications
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
