We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Business Applications Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our Global Information Systems team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while driving process excellence across our enterprise applications ecosystem. You will combine business analysis, solution design, project coordination, and application expertise to support and optimize key business processes and systems.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective application solutions
• Analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes and recommend best-practice solutions
• Design functional and technical solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
• Prepare detailed requirements, specifications, process flows, and solution designs for development and implementation teams
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful execution and delivery according to design specifications
• Lead or support application-related projects, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce and related enterprise applications
• Support lead-to-cash processes and customer lifecycle management activities within Salesforce
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support business decision-making
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions, and ensure high-quality releases
• Provide responsive application support, troubleshooting issues and guiding users to successful resolution
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of business processes, systems, and organizational goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system stability, scalability, and user experience

Requirements

For that mission you will need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Applications Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and process optimization
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes and customer lifecycle management
• Proven experience gathering requirements, conducting business process analysis, and documenting functional specifications
• Experience performing gap analysis and designing future-state business processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment
• Solid project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading or supporting UAT activities and quality validation processes
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to support and service delivery
• Fluent English, both written and verbal

Advantages:

• Experience with advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboards
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to perform database queries
• Experience with additional enterprise applications such as Jira, Monday.com, or similar business platforms
