Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with data quality requirements
Supports all TMS-related matters, with the main focus on CargoWise areas: Forwarding, Customs, Finance and Warehouse
Resolves and coordinates tickets in the customer ticketing system (KACE)
Develop a thorough understanding of CargoWise work instructions to effectively guide and support users and customers.Organizes and supports regular tasks around CargoWise
Works on TMS-related projects
Provides regularly scheduled project updates
Supports cross-functional activities, as requiredRaises tickets with the software provider, as requiredComply with data quality metrics compliance rulesMaintain and edit documentation for support processes and compliance audits
Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education
2 + years experience in CargoWise support functions (Forwarding/Customs/Warehouse/Finance modules)
Design solutions independently and collaboratively
Apply strong Excel and Word skills in daily work
Freight forwarding experience/knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work using own initiative, prioritize workload accordingly and develop knowledge to apply data across multiple countries
