Operating as a Senior Programmer Analyst, the successful candidates will provide critical application support to a department that utilizes a vast catalog of custom business software

One primary resource will be embedded into an internal, cross-functional project team tasked with designing and building a new in-house Construction Management System (CMS) to effectively track contract provisions and compliance, replacing a legacy vendor-supplied solution
.
The second resource will serve as a key backfill developer managing a pipeline of additional pending and active application development initiatives across the department

To be considered for this one-year engagement, candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of IT experience, backed by at least 10 years of specialized expertise in both VB.Net WinForm development and Oracle PL/SQL database design
.
The day-to-day responsibilities demand an advanced technical skillset, including coding and deploying robust solutions throughout a complex stack comprising Visual Studio, embedded SSRS reporting, and version control systems like Azure DevOps or Git
.
Beyond core programming, the roles require a strong analytical foundation to read intricate database schemas, interpret technical field specifications, debug advanced database objects like packages and triggers, and actively collaborate on UI/UX designs to deliver accessible, user-friendly applications
