About the Team
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our selling partners. Service and Support Center Team (SSC) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist the team in customer service business budget planning, including data collection, collation and analysis, support budget formulation, tracking and adjustment, and ensure that the budget is aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in the construction of customer service business data automation, assist in building and optimizing automated reports and data tools, reduce manual statistical work, and improve data processing efficiency.
- Collect and analyze operational data related to customer service business, output basic analysis reports, and extract key information.
- Cooperate with the team to complete the data collection and collation of weekly and monthly reports, assist in business review meetings, and provide basic data support.
