At HumanIT, we're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving business challenges with data. This isn't just a reporting role you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology, helping teams make smarter decisions through analysis, automation, and clear data visualization.

What you'll actually be doing:

You'll work closely with different business areas, supporting strategic initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and reporting.

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business challenges, gather functional and technical requirements, and define project scopes.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data is accessible and meaningful.
• Continuous Improvement: Help automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through data and technology.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
• Solid experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Academic background or some practical experience with Python
• Knowledge of SQL and Power Automate is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English.

Phase 2: Practical Exercise (Business Analysis & Data Scenario)

Phase 3: Careers Team Interview

Phase 4: Final Interview with the Hiring Manager

Salary Range: €18,000 e €30,000
