We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Assistant Manager to join our Business Intelligence team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the evaluation and analysis of company-wide decision-making processes, as well as assess the performance of both past and ongoing key projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Business Analytics Manager , you will collaborate closely with the senior management team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic outcomes.

What you will do:

• Data Analysis & Insights Leverage advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Presentation & Communication Distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for Lalamove’s senior stakeholders. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to the C-level executives.
• Ad-Hoc Projects Handle urgent, dynamic analytics requests from senior management with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms.e.g., Power BI, Tableau.
