Business Analytics and Transformation Program Manager

Customer Solution Center
Business Center of Excellence (COE)
The role combines business analytics, strategic insights, transformation governance, and program execution within the Business COE. You will drive data-led decision making, support enterprise transformation initiatives, standardize operational practices, and enable leadership visibility across programs, performance, and business impact.
You will act as a bridge between strategy, operations, analytics, and transformation teams to identify opportunities, improve execution maturity, and accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor movements, and industry benchmarks.
- Build business cases and opportunity assessments for strategic initiatives.
- Develop forecasting models, performance insights, and operational trend analysis.
- Conduct data analysis on volume, productivity, cost, customer experience, and transformation impact.
- Support leadership with executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Identify operational gaps, efficiency opportunities, and business risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to convert data into actionable recommendations.
Transformation Program Management
- Lead and govern transformation initiatives across the COE.
- Drive program planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and execution governance.
- Establish standardized operating mechanisms, reporting structures, and review cadences.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including automation, AI adoption, process optimization, and operational redesign.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, operations, finance, product, and technology teams.
- Track program benefits realization including productivity gains, cost optimization, and customer impact.
- Manage change management activities, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
- Support command centre governance and enterprise-level transformation reviews.
COE and Governance Responsibilities
- Create and maintain governance frameworks, KPIs, scorecards, and operational standards.
- Build executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive flash reporting standardization and centralized reporting mechanisms.
- Support decision-making through structured problem solving and data storytelling.
- Facilitate workshops, transformation reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Ensure program documentation, action tracking, and audit readiness.
Required Skills
Business and Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience with business analysis, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into executive insights.
- Knowledge of operational metrics, cost models, and performance management.
Program Management Skills
- Strong program governance and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience managing cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or analytics tools is preferred.
- Understanding of automation, AI, and digital transformation concepts.
Preferred Experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, transformation, or PMO roles.
- Experience working in Customer Support, Shared Services, Operations, or Business COE environments.
- Exposure to digital transformation, AI-driven operations, or operational excellence programs.
- Experience supporting executive leadership reviews and strategic planning.

Education
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in any area, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
