In this role, you will deliver high-impact analytics that support the 340B Product division within Clinical Research and New Solutions. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that improve product performance, strengthen client relationships, and advance strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
Deliver actionable analytics and insights that support product strategy, client reporting, and business performance across the 340B product suite.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Specialty Product, Account Management Services, and Clinical Account Executives to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that clearly communicate trends, performance, and opportunities.
Extract, analyze, and interpret data from enterprise data warehouses and third-party data sources to support decision-making.
Contribute to product development efforts by identifying data-driven opportunities and evaluating product performance.
Provide consultative analytics support to internal customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Collaborate with analytics peers and leadership to align work with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications - Required
3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Experience analyzing healthcare data, including pharmacy and/or medical claims.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations utilizing data visualization tools, Tableau preferred.
Qualifications - Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Analytics, Data Science, Business, or Healthcare
Experience supporting product development or product analytics.
Familiarity with 340B programs or healthcare industry experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
