Overview

Business Analyst/Tester (Jr - Mid level)

Onsite 4 Days a Week in Washington D.C.

Active Top Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Identify functional requirements and create user stories
• Test developed stories and ensure application QA
• Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
• Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience (including internships)
• Clear written communication and documentation skills
• TS Cleared
• Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Technical Skills - Proficiency Level

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - Beginner
• Manual Testing - Beginner
• Agile Project Management - Beginner
• Business Requirements Analysis - Beginner
• Jira Ticketing - Beginner

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team
• Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA
• Application/software testing experience

Education/Certification Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required

Clearance Requirements

• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required.
