Dear Business Analysts,

 

We are currently looking for multiple Business Analysts with CRM expertise for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

 

QUICK FACTS:
- Freelancing/Contracting

- Duration: long-term 12+ months
- Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
- Language: English (no German needed!!)
- German business hours

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in CRM or sales-related projects.
- Knowledge of CRM processes, including sales pipelines, opportunities, dashboards, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM platforms; please list and self-assess additional CRM tools used.
- Understanding of AI use cases in CRM or sales enablement, such as coaching insights or sales performance support.
- Experience working in Scrum teams and translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business, product, and technical teams.
