The Information Technology department is seeking a collaborative and solutions-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and deliver impactful technology solutions.
The Business Analyst / Project Manager serves as the bridge between business teams and Information Technology, leading projects from concept through implementation while ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. This individual will facilitate requirements gathering, manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement of enterprise applications, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce and related business systems.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading project meetings, documenting business requirements, managing competing priorities, and building strong relationships across the organization.

Reports To: Director, Enterprise Applications
Salary Range: $135,000 -145,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications listed above.
