Overall Objectives of Job:

Projects/ Rollout project / Production Support and Maintenance :

The resource will be part of the Group platform, Procurement team and would be capable identify, analyse, and implement improvements to our business processes to enhance efficiency and business value .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to streamline operations.
• Create process models and documentation to illustrate current and future states.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills

Educational Qualifications :

B-Tech/MCA/MBA

Experience :

• Experience 4+ years of experience as business analyst / PMO / finance analyst
• Overall knowledge of business process
• Excellent knowledge on excels and PowerPoints
• Working experience on agile methodology
• Good knowledge on financial process & knowledge in AI tools will be add-on advantage.

Other skills :

• Fluent communication in English (phone and mail)
• Experience in working with international teams
• Ability to work structured and self-dependent if necessary
• Ability to work in a team if necessary
• Willingness to share knowledge.

Key Competencies:

• Experience 2+ year experience in SAP ABAP
• Overall knowledge of Ariba Product and MM
• Excellent Integration experience
• Good Understanding of procurement business processes.
