Job Description

Business Analyst in Telecom (with Salesforce)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 6–8+ years of experience to drive process transformation within our Telecom operations.

Contract type: B2B

Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Strategic BA Leadership: Lead the documentation of L2/L3 business processes and translate complex needs into structured requirements for IT and System Integrators.
  • Practical Change Management: Apply frameworks like ADKAR/Prosci to conduct impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training design. We need someone who delivers results, not just theory.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own the UAT lifecycle, from test case creation to defect management and final sign-off.
  • Stakeholder Navigation: Manage a diverse network of regional operations, IT partners, and Global Process Owners (GPOs) with full autonomy.
  • Technical Literacy: Experience with Salesforce (Sales/Revenue Cloud), CPQ, and GTM processes (Lead-to-Order) is highly desirable.
  • Tooling: Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and process mapping tools (Lucid/Miro) is essential.
