Your Role

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to join our Data-driven FRC team. The role will require the following:

• Analyse complex P&C insurance business processes, perform gap assessments, and develop process models, workflows, and documentation to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements; translate them into functional specifications; and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with cross‑functional teams, build consensus, and support testing activities by creating test plans, executing UAT, and validating system functionality.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise across P&C insurance domains—including underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements—while supporting system implementations, enhancements, and user training.

Your Profile

• Proficient in requirements management and modelling tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio, with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, underwriting principles, rating methodologies, and end‑to‑end claims processes.
• Experienced across both personal and commercial lines, including auto, home, liability, and specialty insurance products.
• Knowledgeable in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with familiarity in insurance data standards such as ACORD and ISO.
