Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document requirements and then support the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties
  • Elaborate design documentation on the basis of information gathered by SMEs
  • Communicate and confirm requirements with customers’ counterparts
  • Work with project and technical teams to document features and optimize functionality where necessary

Requirements

    • At least 2 years experience on a similar position, preferably in multinational environment
    • Fluency in both French and English
    • Excellent technical writing skills
    • Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work
    • Good command of Excel, SQL, Confluence
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Understanding of concepts of software system engineering
    • Proactivity and ability to work independently and with little supervision
    • Capability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of main principles of insurance business will be considered as an advantage
