Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in the Cayman Island’s financial services industry is strongly preferred, with a focus on client service and client experience.
• Proven experience in business analysis, reporting, and operational support functions.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory environments within financial institutions.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
