What you’ll be doing

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Turn complex business challenges into clear, actionable improvement projects that deliver real, measurable benefits.
• Lead and support strategic change initiatives, working across services, teams, and functions to drive smarter ways of working.
• Analyse, map, and redesign business processes, identifying opportunities to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Champion user-centred service redesign, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders, frontline teams, and stakeholders, influencing decisions and enabling sustainable change.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A degree-level qualification in a relevant field and professional accreditation in Business Analysis or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in business or service analysis, including process mapping and process redesign.
• Strong understanding of business improvement tools, techniques, and change management approaches.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a creative and inquisitive approach to problem‑solving.
• The ability to translate complex information clearly and confidently for a range of audiences.
