We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst - Transformation

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse end-to-end business processes and systems to understand design impacts across Business, IT and Operations.
  • Support process re-engineering and provide detailed process design guidance, balancing risk, cost and end-to-end efficiency.
  • Perform impact assessments for change requests (design/scope/time/budget/effort) and provide accurate delivery estimates for new requirements or scope changes.
  • Help build control structures and KPI scorecards to track milestones, budget, resourcing and employee engagement; trigger mitigations where needed.
  • Partner with markets/regions to understand regulatory requirements plus customer and competitive dynamics.
  • Support the Product Owner by gathering customer insights and championing customer preferences to shape product direction.
  • Provide product/sector/market expertise and help ensure the product delivers a strong value proposition and targeted business benefits.
  • Ensure value delivery by engaging customers and helping teams build the “right” product; communicate the product vision to delivery teams.
  • Support stakeholder management: showcase progress/products to stakeholders; manage defects and quality indicators within the delivery framework.
  • Collaborate effectively across CCM teams, Operations, Group/Regional functions (Risk, Finance, IT), regulators and third parties—remaining flexible under changing priorities, complex requirements and tight timelines.

To be successful you will:

  • Excellent core Business Analyst capability, with strong end-to-end requirements and solution design skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented approach to problem solving and decision support.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams to drive effective requirements capture and alignment.
  • Solid background in business/process analysis, change delivery, and process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Experience planning and deploying both business and IT change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and communicate confidently at all levels across the Group.
  • Constructively challenges business intent to clarify needs and define robust requirements, solutions and operating structures.
  • Proactively identifies innovative improvements that enhance business outcomes and deliver value to customers, stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills to handle multiple large-scale responsibilities concurrently.
  • Relationship builder who can bridge Business, IT and Operations; flexible, adaptable, open to challenging existing ways of working, and committed to continuous self-development (with relevant certifications desirable, e.g., Change Management, Six Sigma/Black Belt).
