We're launching a 1-year traineeship for two new Business Analysts, starting October 2026.

Briefing

This traineeship is built for people who already have an interest in IT, whether that comes from your studies, a related discipline, or simply years of tinkering with tech in your own time.

If you recently graduated and can see yourself as the bridge between Business and IT at an ambitious fintech company where innovation never stops, this is for you.

What you'll learn

You'll join our Back Office (BO) team, working directly on the systems and processes behind our cloud-native banking technology. Training is hands-on from day one and split into six stages, with roughly 50% of your time spent learning and 50% applying it in real, live situations.

Over the course of the year, you'll build a full picture of how our BO operation works end to end, including:

• The technical fundamentals of our cloud-native banking products;
• How incidents and client requests come in, and how they're triaged and prioritized;
• How our delivery process works, from request to resolution;
• How troubleshooting happens: root cause analysis, coordinating with technical teams, and closing the loop with clients;
• How to contribute to the structural improvement of our services, not just keep them running;
• How to work with PostgreSQL and databases to investigate issues and support the team;
