We currently seek a junior professional for our office in Tokyo to support our fast-growing Japan business!

BTS is a consulting and leadership development company that helps organizations achieve tangible business results from their people development initiatives. What you will do at BTS

At BTS, we turn our clients’ ideas and strategies into results. We do this by designing customized learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, new behaviors, and performance.

As a Business Analyst, you will work directly with leaders from some of the world’s leading companies, many of whom are Global Fortune 500 firms. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and you will play a part in shaping the leadership capabilities of their senior management. BTS consultants also help to develop the skills of thousands of leaders across the globe every year.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of post-undergraduate work experience, not including internships
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills with a fluent command of English in addition to native-level Japanese
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Understanding of finance and business acumen are a plus
• Some functional and/or industry expertise is a plus
