We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join the initial setup phase of the FLEXCUBE implementation project. The client’s priority is to build a strong, senior, and credible team that can create an excellent first impression and establish a solid foundation for the program.

The ideal candidate must be:

• Thai native speaker to communicate effectively with branch users
• Fluent in English to collaborate with Japanese project members and regional stakeholders
• Experienced in FLEXCUBE implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Deposit business and banking operations

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for the FLEXCUBE implementation, with focus on Deposit and Static Data domains
• Work directly with branch users (Thai) and Japanese project members (English) to elicit requirements and clarify business needs
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications (FSD), BRD, use cases, and process flows aligned with FLEXCUBE capabilities
• Perform gap analysis between current banking processes and FLEXCUBE standard functionalities
• Support FLEXCUBE configuration design, parameter setup, and operational workflows for Deposit module
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical delivery teams
• Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure correct interpretation of requirements
• Define and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT materials for Deposit and core banking processes
• Support SIT/UAT execution and validate delivered solutions against business expectations
• Coordinate with multiple vendors in a mixed delivery model
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose best practices for FLEXCUBE usage
• Support knowledge transfer and documentation for long-term operational readiness

Mandatory Requirements

• Thai native speaker
• Fluent English communication (verbal & written)
• FLEXCUBE implementation project experience
• Minimum 6+ years as Business Analyst in banking domain
• Ability to work in multinational environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 6+ years BA experience in banking
• Proven track record in FLEXCUBE projects
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management capability
• Attention to detail & structured mindset
