The Opportunity

In Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leading professionals across industry and functional advisory services. Our focus is on helping clients solve complex business and technology challenges by combining strategicinsightwith hands-on delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑growth Technology Consulting team and play a key role in delivering business analysis and transformation initiatives for clients across the Government and Private Sector in Cyprus.

You will work onlarge‑scaledigital, IT and operational transformationprogrammes, supporting clients in defining business needs,optimisingprocesses, and translating requirements into effective technology‑enabled solutions.

You will be exposed to PwC’s proprietary methodologies,toolsand global best practices, enabling you to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a structured and reliable manner.

The primary work location is our PwC office in Nicosia, with a hybrid work model combining client visits, office presence, and remote work depending on project needs. Flexibility is key to meeting project deadlines, so adaptable working hours may be required 

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse & Assess:Conduct comprehensive analysis of client business processes, existing systems, and technology landscapes across a diverse range of industries.

• IdentifyOpportunities:Identifyoperational gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through detailed current-state analysis and stakeholder engagement, including assessment of where AI and intelligent automation capabilities may support process optimisation and enhanced business outcomes.

• Design the Future:Design and recommend target-state sand a fit-for-purpose application landscapes(e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS) aligned to the client’s strategicobjectivesand digital transformation agenda, incorporating AI-enabled capabilities whereappropriateand value-adding.

• Support Strategic Decisions:Support clients in making informed strategic decisions regardingtheir enterprise application landscape, including the integration, enhancement, and upgrade of core enterprise applications, in line with business priorities and transformationobjectives

• Business Development:Contribute to business development activities by understanding client challenges, identifyingopportunities toleveragetechnology and enterprise applications, and supporting the development of proposals, client discussions, and go-to-market initiatives.

• Translate & Specify:Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable functional and technical requirements for new systems or enhancements.

• Implement & Test:Participatein the system implementation lifecycle, including supporting integration activities, developing test strategies and scripts, and contributing to user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Document & Communicate:Produce high-quality process documentation (e.g., using BPMN) and communicate findings, recommendations, and project status effectively to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science,Engineeringora relatedfield.

• Relevant professional experience in a technology consulting, business analysis, or systems implementation role

• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques,methodologiesand best practices.

• Understandingofkey business processes across core functions including Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Human Capital.

• Experience working onIT implementations, digital transformation, process re‑engineering or data‑driven initiatives

• Experience with enterprise applications is considered an advantage, including:

  • ERP: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • CRM: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • HRMS: Oracle, SAP, Exelsys
  • EPM: Oracle, SAP

• Relevant professional qualificationsand certifications considered a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for seeing the bigger picture while paying attention to detail.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.

• A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning and personal development.

• Proficiencyin tools such as Microsoft Visio, Power BI, Excel or similar business analysis and collaboration tools.

• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is essential.
