  3-8 years of proven business analysis experience within financial services, consulting or investment operations.

  Proficient in Excel and familiar with analytical and reporting tools like SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail, particularly in documentation.

  Clear communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings.
• 
  Self-driven individual who's eager to continuously upskill in both technology and investment management concepts.
• 
  Exposure to credit investment processes, deal lifecycles, or financial instruments.
• 
  Understanding of data integration tools (e.g., APIs, ETL), workflow tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow), or CRM platforms is beneficial.

  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models is required.
