We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business to Operator domain and help drive our transformation In a landscape which is rapidly changing while compliance and quality are critical, this role is key to translating business ambition into IT solutions that work in practice.
What you’ll do:
As a Business Analyst (BA) you play a key role by turning business needs into clear, value‑driven solutions that can be efficiently delivered and operated.
Responsible for translating business, regulatory, and operational needs into clear capabilities and features, forming a well‑prioritized backlog
Act as the bridge between business, architects, and delivery teams, ensuring efficient demand management with shared understanding and informed decisions
Secure end‑to‑end flow from idea → refined backlog → delivered solution → operational value
Contributes to continuous improvement of ways of working across business and IT
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are energized by complex, evolving environments where new technology and processes are taking shape, and you turn ambiguity into clear, value‑driven solutions.
Solid experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst in an IT context (experience from telecom/infra operations, compliance‑heavy environments, service management/ITIL, is a plus.)
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in facilitating workshops and decision‑making. Where fluency in English is a must and Swedish is a plus, depending on stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile ways of working (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) and collaborating closely with tech teams and architects.
Experience from IT organizations at scale, operating in complex and distributed environments
Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus, depending on stakeholders)
