Business Analyst / System Analyst MES & Manufacturing Systems
Location: Bangkok / Factory Site / Hybrid (Must have a personal car and valid drivers license)

A leading organization is seeking a passionate Business Analyst / System Analyst with experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and factory operations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology and want to be part of a company driving digital transformation and Smart Factory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams.

• Map and design business processes that integrate with MES, ERP, and other operational systems.

• Prepare functional specs, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate with developers and solution vendors to implement MES and related systems.

• Coordinate UAT testing, develop test scenarios, and support system go-live.

• Evaluate system performance post-implementation and recommend process improvements.

• Contribute to Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years experience as a BA or SA in a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, AVEVA, iBase-t, etc.).

• Familiarity with ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, SCADA, or production systems.

• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, data flow analysis, and process modeling.

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and tools like Power BI is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Background in Consumer Goods, F&B, Automotive, or Electronics sectors.

• Understanding of PLCs, IIoT, or real-time data integration with MES.
