Job Description


- Technical skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Statistical analysis tools and techniques, and SQL/ETL
- Experience with data visualization using QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- You should be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
- You should be able to take a complex problem and break it down to smaller digestible chunks
- You should be able to define a logical and step by step approach to achieving a lofty goal
- You should be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis
- You should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts
- You should be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.
- Strong Analytical skills – has ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for the team in evolving situations.

Key job responsibilities
Drive daily execution of automation initiatives across India's supply chain, to meet our vision of waste reduction. Lead cross-functional coordination between supply chain functions. Analyze ideas and develop automation plans. Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership review. Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce NVA.

Basic Qualifications


- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
