Job Description

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the job

Are you passionate about turning complex supply chain challenges into scalable, value-driven solutions? In this role, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and product delivery, ensuring that supply chain planning capabilities are well understood, well defined, and effectively translated into impactful solutions.

You will work closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner to shape the planning roadmap, refine business needs into actionable user stories, and ensure that solutions deliver real operational value across the organization. Beyond analysis, this is a hands-on role where you stay close to the supply chain reality, actively engaging with business users and continuously improving processes, tools, and ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories, and functional specifications

  • Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Owner to define, prioritize, and refine the supply chain planning roadmap

  • Partner closely with Business Units to understand operational needs and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value

  • Be hands-on in the supply chain planning landscape, supporting day-to-day system understanding, issue resolution, and process flow validation

  • Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure strong user adoption of new tools, processes, and planning capabilities

  • Identify improvement opportunities across processes, systems, and ways of working, including automation and digital enhancements

Who are you

You are a structured and analytical professional who naturally bridges business and technical perspectives. You are not just a translator of requirements; you are someone who actively challenges assumptions, brings clarity to complexity, and ensures decisions are grounded in both operational reality and strategic intent. You are collaborative by nature, comfortable working across functions, and confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. You take ownership, stay close to execution, and care deeply about delivering solutions that actually work in practice, not just on paper.

What you know

This role requires strong grounding in supply chain planning combined with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Must haves:

  • Extensive experience in supply chain planning, ideally in a senior or lead analyst role

  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, methodologies, and end-to-end processes

  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements and user stories

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams

  • Familiarity with planning tools such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SO99+

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • English is required (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Planning

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Any additional Nordic language is an advantage
