The Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that improve operational performance. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting enhancements, and business solutions across areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Service Delivery, and Data Governance.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze business requirements and gather information from stakeholders to support operational and strategic objectives
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide meaningful business insights
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process changes
  • Perform data analysis and trend monitoring to support business decision-making
  • Create actionable reporting that highlights key performance indicators, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement reporting, automation, and analytics solutions
  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity
  • Assist in developing automation and self-service reporting solutions using available business intelligence tools
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company data management standards

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, or business process improvement is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or other reporting and analytics tools is a strong plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Background in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Service Delivery, Contact Center Operations, or Data Governance is an advantage
