Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing accurate pricing information and results to stakeholders across different regions, understanding the complexity of pricing systems and their business impact

- Using strong quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate pharma pricing data and generate clear, concise, and business-relevant reports independently
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and execute strategic pricing projects, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while adapting to tight deadlines
- Mentoring and supervising other analysts, including training new joiners, while ensuring high customer satisfaction through superior quality support
- Addressing operational challenges effectively by grasping complex processes and applying strategic thinking to deliver actionable insights

Within International Operations sits Operations Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore, a newly formed unit where all commercial units across GBS have come together. Commercial Insights and Analytics, established in 2013, is dedicated to providing best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global organization. Our purpose is to deliver superior service and partnership experiences to our stakeholders consistently, adding value through standardization and efficiency in Strategic Pricing and Market Access operations.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an analytically sharp professional with pharmaceutical pricing expertise who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. You'll bring:

- Master's Degree (preferably in quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognized institute, with an undergraduate degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), or Engineering (BTech), backed by strong academic track records
- 4–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on Pharma Pricing and Market Access, demonstrating the ability to translate complex business problems into efficient analysis plans
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic VBA, with working knowledge of Power BI dashboarding being essential
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with proven experience analyzing complex situations, collecting data, and effectively synthesizing analytics to deliver data-driven insights
- Solid project management and relationship-building skills to address multidimensional business challenges and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with fluency in English, able to communicate analytic findings clearly and succinctly
- Superior listening and critical thinking skills, maintaining high standards of professionalism while delivering timely and accurate results
