Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for a Sr. Business Analyst Fleet Finance Operations (Process Optimization)

The Senior Business Analyst (Process Optimization) is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing finance operational processes, procedures, and controls across shipboard functions. This role identified inefficiencies, leads change management initiatives and adoption of new ways of working, ensures governance and compliance, and drives process improvements aligned with organizational goals.

  • Process Optimization

Conducts analysis and documents end-to-end process workflows. Identifies opportunities to eliminate manual effort, duplicative and redundant processes. Implements efficient and cost-effective processes to improve shipboard finance operations. Provides recommendations for AI-enabled and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

  • Change Management

Leads and manages change initiatives, ensuring successful fleet rollout of new processes and initiatives. Develops change impact assessments, communication and novel training methods and plans. Ensures all policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up to date. Ensures governance and compliance of newly implemented processes.

  • OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Monitoring
    Monitors the delivery of departmental OKRs. Measures success based on the established KPIs and provides reporting/score cards/dashboards and baseline indicators to the stakeholders.
  • Operational Support
    Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution of processes. Provide general support and coverage of duties when required. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for execution of critical tasks and perform them remotely for any vessel, as needed.
  • Shipboard Team Scheduling & Capacity Optimization
    Oversee and coordinate shipboard finance team schedules, ensuring proper staffing, coverage, and alignment with operational needs. Analyze workloads and skill requirements to ensure smooth finance operations onboard each vessel.

Qualifications:

  • With bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems degree or other related field of study

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement, with working knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

  • Proven experience in designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, understanding of operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI and RPA enabled process automation with demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process adoption, and ensure accountability for consistent execution. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate effectively, and gain buy-in from executives and operational teams.
  • With expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio or similar visual diagramming tool, use of AI/LLM. Knowledge of SharePoint pages creation and PowerApps and PowerAutomate is a plus.
  • Proficient in Accounting and Information Systems methodologies, tools, best practices, processes and controls
  • Amenable to work from 3pm - 12am (PHT)
