We are looking for an IT Analyst / Application Support professional to join the SCA squad within the ACM tribe, contributing to the support, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of actuarial calculation solutions. The role will focus on supporting S2 and IFRS17 applications, including PROPHET and its ecosystem, ESG-CHESS, CIRIS, IBNRS, and other applications related to the S2 platform.

What will you do?

• IT Analysis and Application Support.
• Liaise with the Product Owner (PO) on the activity backlog construction.
• Contribute to the support and maintenance activities for squad SCA (Solution Calculs Actuariels) on ACM tribe.
• Focus on support of versions S2 and IFRS17 applications, mainly PROPHET (packaged solution) and its ecosystem (In-House developed Tools, FIS platform), ESG-CHESS (packaged solution), CIRIS (packaged solution and In House developed module) and on applications related to S2 platform, IBNRS (packaged solution).
• Manage and built the user stories (US) backlog with the squad and the PO.
• Clarify the needs of new topic/evolutions.
• Coordinate and plan the actions with the users.
• Follow the topic advancement.
• Contribute to communication about its activities to end user, MOA team, squad player or technical teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to platform testing.
• Define non-regression test cases and ensure execution of tests.
• Explain and value technical operations and security fixes to the business.
• Contribute to the update of the operational-specific deliverables (Reference document, Knowledge Base).
• Be compliant with engineering rules and security standards.
• Work with offshore developments teams.
• Contribute to documentation.
• Ensure the proper functioning, maintainability and scalability of applications.
• Provide technical and functional support to users.
• Monitoring and handling incidents in compliance with the application SLA.
• Contribute to the relationship with the platform’s operators (incidents, requests).
• Coordinate and ensure the processing of maintenance requests and their successful completion.
