Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Specialty care Analytics!
In this role, you will be a part of the Commercial Analytics team. This role supports Commercial Analytics enablement to sales and marketing analytics, which includes the oversight of specialty field sales rosters, sales force alignments, HCP eligibility, and targeting. This role also serves as a key point between sales, marketing and operations related to the areas identified above. Strong understanding of industry trends this role will provide insights and recommendations for driving business performance associated with sales/marketing teams.
Specialty Care Analytics –This requires client facing experience and collaborating with client and Genpact teams to support Specialty Care work stream through producing insights around client’s specialty products and performance using pharma commercial data. Work with business teams such as Brand teams, Sales and Marketing analysts to define business rules, define metrics. Provide data and analytics services for client specialty care products. Data analytics and reporting services. Experienced in data related reviews, specialty pharmacy and other patient services programs with close interaction with the Specialty Analytics and Reporting
Responsibilities
Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics
• Relevant years of professional experience with Healthcare and Life Science Analytics.
• Must have good understanding and working experience on data from IQVIA, Veeva and other third-party data providers.
• The candidate must have strong consultative / listening skills, ability to analyze data, and translate business requirements into actionable capabilities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including client partners and other vendors.
• Ability to successfully lead a team of Data Analysts to deliver analytical reports and Ad hoc analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, R, Python.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
• Basic understanding of GenAI concepts and its applications in data analytics.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent: BE/B- Tech, MCA, MBA.
• Experience in Commercial/Sales Analytics preferably in Specialty care therapy areas
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
