Job Description

Our client is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and the coordination of future feature requests for several of the company’s internally developed software products. The candidate will be responsible for customizing settings to these products as needed as part of routine maintenance to suit business needs and will work with business teams, developers, and testing teams to implement new functionality.

Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business objectives with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience
• Writing business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests
• Working with technical development and testing counterparts, as well as with non-technical business stakeholders and UX Designers to ensure end user satisfaction in an Agile environment
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Obtain company sponsored certification(s)

Requirements

Essential:

• Analytical with the capability to evaluate business objectives and design innovative solutions
• Experience writing User Stories and business requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Fluent English written and communication skills
• At least 1 year experience in Business Analyst or Project Manager role

Preferred:

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Business Analyst or Project Management certification
• Experience with Customer Onboarding
