About Your Company

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our client's Family Office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various data-driven initiatives, with a focus on investment performance analysis, portfolio reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple sources, including portfolio management systems, accounting records, and external data providers.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights on investment performance, asset allocation, and risk metrics.
  
• Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reporting for the family, investment committee, and other stakeholders.
  
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify investment trends, opportunities, and risks.
  
• Participate in the development and implementation of data-driven processes to enhance the operational efficiency and investment decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with the investment, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  
• 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role within a financial services or family office environment.
  
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
  
• Familiarity with financial concepts, investment instruments, and portfolio management principles.
  
• Demonstrated experience in creating clear and compelling data-driven presentations.
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
