About the role
We’re looking for a detail‑driven and commercially minded analyst to join our team and play a key role in protecting data quality, product integrity and client outcomes across our superannuation funds. You’ll work closely with peers, IT, Funds and auditors to investigate issues, improve processes and support high‑quality delivery in a regulated environment.
Key accountabilities
- Investigate and respond to data and product‑related enquiries, ensuring outcomes align with fund business rules and client expectations
- Design, execute and maintain quality controls to support accurate product delivery and strong client satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Support testing activities including PVT testing for system releases and patches
- Collaborate with Funds, auditors, IT and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to audits and projects
- Manage allocated tasks and complex issues proactively, ensuring SLAs, quality standards and GS007 requirements are consistently met
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment with strong problem‑solving and shared accountability
Experience & attributes (desirable)
- Experience in business analysis within the finance or superannuation sector, ideally with exposure to incident or risk management
- Strong understanding of superannuation products, data flows and business rules
- Confidence using data analytical tools to investigate issues and produce clear, insightful reporting
- A proactive approach with strong ownership of deliverables and the ability to work effectively within a team of analysts
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
