The Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, systems, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making. This role supports operational and strategic initiatives by developing reporting solutions, analyzing business performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes, improve reporting capabilities, and support business objectives through data analytics and automation.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support business operations and strategic objectives
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, operational objectives, and reporting needs from stakeholders
  • Document business processes, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Analyze business data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and related analytics tools
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop reporting, automation, and business intelligence solutions
  • Create data models and transform raw data into meaningful business insights for decision-makers
  • Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and other digital tools
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and confidentiality of business data and reporting assets
  • Conduct testing, validation, and deployment support for reporting and analytics solutions

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Certifications in SQL, AI, Data Analytics, Power BI, or Digital Automation are a plus
