As a Debit Card Business Analyst within PNC's Retail Banking Operations- Debit Card organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Other locations may be considered within PNC’s footprint based on experience.
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Debit Card Business Analyst to support and drive key initiatives within our card services organization. This role is responsible for leading projects, partnering across teams, and ensuring operational excellence in debit card programs, vendor management, and risk controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization, execution, and implementation of select projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through deployment.
• Serve as a Business Analyst within an Agile team, utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop epics, user stories, and validation plans; actively participate in testing and validation activities, including occasional evening and weekend support.
• Conduct research and analysis to assess the impact of proposed changes, create comprehensive project plans, and break down large initiatives into manageable, actionable workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive initiatives forward and oversee end-to-end change implementation.
• Serve as PIN Key Custodian and lead Archer issue resolution efforts.
• Execute Application Owner and backup responsibilities as assigned.
• Manage card inventory, including oversight of daily Card Hold and Reject Reports.
• Administer Fiserv card embossing CIN table updates and ensure all controls are executed effectively.
• Act as liaison with external vendors, including:
o Giesecke+Devrient (G&D): plastic card production
o Fiserv: card embossing, processor changes, transaction processing, and troubleshooting
o Visa: project implementation, security access, and transaction processing support
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including University Banking, to support card program changes and enhancements.
• Execute controls, support audits, and contribute to strengthening overall risk management practices.
• Support operational activities such as emergency card orders (ICI), shared inbox management, escalation resolution, and transaction research.
• Maintain and apply working knowledge of Fiserv PCF settings.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity activities, including after-hours support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in a Business Analyst role preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present prioritization trade-offs and impacts to leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the broader business landscape and translate strategy into actionable plans.

Additional Information:
• Some evening and weekend work will be required to support validations, deployments, and continuity efforts.

Base Salary: $64,000.00 – $111,800.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 05/18/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
