Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Enterprise Support ISSE - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather and define project needs.
  • Direct operational workflow analysis and data mapping activities to ensure accurate requirement documentation.
  • Establish and maintain traceability standards to validate alignment with mission priorities.
  • Advise program leadership on process optimization opportunities and functional risk impacts.
  • Ensure requirements are structured to support Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Oversee requirement changes affecting application delivery and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Validate and refine requirements to ensure they meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business analysis insights into project execution.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential.
  • Over 15 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance across the full SDLC.
  • Proven expertise in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Extensive experience in federal sector projects, including DSCA, U.S. Navy, and Department of State.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and ServiceNow SPM framework.
