RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Consultant at Capco, you will be given a platform to drive and nurture your skills and knowledge in the capital markets space. We believe in continuous learning and have developed an environment where our consultants can gain a wide range of project and client exposure. This exposure plus our internal training program will equip you with the skills needed to be successful in consulting and, most likely, fast track your career growth. You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading investment banks and play an integral role in defining and overcoming complex problems and providing innovative solutions to our clients.

We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:

• 
  Supporting the design and delivery of global custody, fund administration, and securities services transformation initiatives
• 
  Working with client stakeholders to analyse current-state operating models, identify gaps, and define future-state processes across post-trade, asset servicing, and fund lifecycle activities
• 
  Assisting in the implementation of process, technology, and improvements across custody, fund administration, corporate actions
• 
  Performing operational and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement
• 
  Managing workstreams, prioritising issues, tracking dependencies, and supporting overall team delivery capacity
• 
  Preparing client-facing materials and communicating project progress and risks to clients and stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• 
  5+ years’ experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery within banking or financial services
• 
  Strong domain knowledge across Global Custody or Fund Administration
• 
  Proven experience delivering end-to-end securities services or custody transformation initiatives
• 
  Ability to analyse and improve operating models, processes, and controls across the fund and asset servicing lifecycle
• 
  Strong requirements-gathering capabilities, including functional requirements, process mapping, user stories, and target state design
• 
  Experience supporting large-scale change or regulatory-driven transformation programmes
• 
  Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior clients
• 
  High attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin advantageous
