About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major SCADA transformation project within the energy sector. The project is currently in the execution phase, and we are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into a dynamic project environment and contribute across multiple workstreams.
You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external integrators, helping drive process alignment, testing activities, and user training initiatives related to the implementation of a next-generation SCADA platform.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Documentation
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional experts to define and document operational processes
Ensure alignment and integration of documented processes within the enterprise process framework
Produce clear work instructions and operating procedures
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Design and coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities
Prepare UAT plans together with business and testing governance teams
Define required test data and organize testing workshops
Support testing execution and issue follow-up
Training & Change Support
Develop training materials and supporting documentation
Prepare business use cases and demonstration scenarios
Deliver training sessions to end users in collaboration with project partners
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
UAT test design and management
Process documentation and operational procedures
Experience designing and delivering end-user training
Fluent French language skills (CEFR C2)
Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work in complex integration projects
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SCADA systems within utility or grid distribution environments
Experience with Qmetry or similar test management tools
Experience using process modeling tools such as MS Visio
Experience within Distribution System Operators (DSO) or energy sector projects
Experience working on large-scale system integration programs
Work Environment
Hybrid work model with on-site presence required at least 3 days per week
Frequent travel between project locations within Belgium
Category B driving licence and personal vehicle required
